Inauguration with the Republic January 20-21, 2025 Washington, DC #Trump2025

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Regulations apply to participants of the Inauguration with Republika on January 20-21, 2025, hereinafter referred to as the Inauguration, organized by Telewizja Republika SA with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Pawia 55, 01-030 Warszawa, registered in the register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000446368, REGON: 146432210, NIP: 1080014156.
  2. The inauguration will take place on January 20-21, 2025 in Washington DC in the United States of America.

§ 2 DEFINITIONS

  1. Inauguration - the ceremony of officially assuming the office of the President of the United States of America.
  2. Organizer – Telewizja Republika SA with its registered office in Warsaw at
    ul. Pawia 55, 01-030 Warszawa, registered in the register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000446368, REGON: 146432210, NIP: 1080014156
  3. Event location – Washington DC in the United States of America.
  4. Participant – a natural person with full legal capacity who purchased the Basic Package or the VIP Package.
  5. Basic Package – offer including:
    • joint participation in the inauguration ceremony of the President of the United States of America in the public area; participation in the first Polish-American inaugural banquet in history; participation in the Polish-American conference on the future of transatlantic relations during the 2nd term of office of the President of the United States of America in the person of Donald Trump ;refreshments during the banquet and conference
    • possibility of taking advantage of a special rate for a hotel in an attractive location where a banquet and conference will be held.
  6. VIP package – an offer that includes everything guaranteed by the Basic Package, and additionally includes:
    • meeting in a small group with VIP participants preceding the inaugural banquet; seats in the first rows during the banquet and conference; dinner in a small group with the creators and stars of Telewizja Republika
    • the opportunity to take part in the recording of a special spot on the occasion of the Inauguration, which will be broadcast on Telewizja Republika.
  7. Stripe - an electronic payment system enabling quick online payments, offered by Stripe, Inc., headquartered at 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA. Stripe, Inc. is a global provider of payment services, ensuring that transactions are handled securely and in accordance with applicable regulations ( https://stripe.com/en-pl ).

§ 3 TAX INFORMATION

  1. In the case of sales of services as part of the Basic Package and the VIP Package, these services are treated as import of services in accordance with the regulations in force at the place of provision of the event, i.e. in the United States, and are not subject to VAT in Poland or any other country.
  2. In the fields regarding taxation, the Organizer uses the indication "not subject to", indicating that there is no obligation to charge VAT in accordance with the place of provision of the service.
  3. The price of the Package is final and includes all costs of the Organizer's services. The Package price is not subject to additional tax costs, regardless of the Participant's place of residence.

§ 4 PARTICIPATION IN THE INAUGURATION

  1. Only a natural person may participate in the Inauguration if:
    • purchased the Package offered by the Organizer in accordance with these Regulations,
    • has full legal capacity,
    • accepted these Regulations at the time of payment.
  2. After selecting the Package and adding it to the cart, the Participant is obliged to check the order summary in the "cart" section. In this section, the Participant can also enter a discount code, if such a code has been made available to him by the Organizer. After applying the discount code, the order value will be automatically updated. Then the Participant goes to the "Order" section, where he provides his data necessary to complete the transaction and accepts the Regulations. Acceptance of the Regulations is a condition for proceeding to payment and making a purchase.
  3. Payment for the Package is made only in a non-cash form via the Stripe payment system, which handles transactions on behalf of the Organizer.
  4. Payment for the selected Package is deemed to have been made when the Stripe system generates payment confirmation. Lack of confirmation results in the lack of the Inauguration Participant status.
  5. After receiving payment confirmation from the Stripe operator, the Organizer will issue an invoice in accordance with applicable tax regulations and send it in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by the Participant in the "Order" form. The invoice will be sent within 7 business days of receiving the payment.
  6. The participant is obliged to provide correct and complete data necessary to issue an invoice. The Organizer is not responsible for data errors resulting from inaccuracies provided by the Participant. If it is necessary to correct the invoice, the Participant should contact the Organizer at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the document.
  7. The organizer does not conduct cash sales or issue fiscal receipts. All transactions are carried out exclusively in a non-cash form, and invoices are issued only in electronic form.
  8. The amount of the fee for the Standard Package and the VIP Package, as well as a detailed description of the services included in each Package, are available on the Organizer's website: www.trump2025.pl .
  9. The list of Participants is limited by the available number of Packages. The order in which the order is paid depends on the allocation of a place on the list, however, the Organizer reserves the right to close the registration if places are exhausted.
  10. The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the Participant that are not covered by the purchased Package, including the costs of transport, accommodation, meals (apart from the benefits included in the Package) and other expenses related to participation in the Inauguration.
  11. By accepting these Regulations, the Participant consents to the free recording, processing, reproduction and distribution of his/her image in the form of photos and video recordings taken during the Inauguration. The consent covers the use of the image in the Organizer's promotional, information and advertising materials, including on social media (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and on Telewizja Republika.
  12. Participation in the event will be confirmed by the Organizer in the form of a written e-mail sent to the address provided during registration. If confirmation is not received within 7 days of payment, the Participant should contact the Organizer at [email protected] .
  13. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order if the Participant violates these Regulations or provides incorrect data.

§ 5 CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION

  1. The Participant may resign from participation in the Inauguration no later than January 14, 2025, on the terms set out in these Regulations.
  2. Resignation from participation requires submitting a request in writing, sent electronically to the e-mail address: [email protected]. The application should include:
    • name and surname of the Participant,
    • e-mail address provided during registration,
    • confirmation of payment (e.g. a copy of the transfer confirmation or invoice),
    • bank account number to which the refund is to be made,
    • justification for resignation (if it applies to the situations described in section 5).
  3. The Organizer will refund the fee paid for the Package by transfer to the bank account provided in the application, within 30 business days from the date of receipt of a correctly submitted cancellation application.
  4. A refund of the fee paid for the Package is possible only in the event of cancellation reported before the deadline specified in section 1, except for the situations described in section 5.
  5. The Participant has the right to resign from participation in the Inauguration after the date specified in section 1 only in case of:
    • a significant change in the Inauguration program,
    • postponing the event date,
    • changing the place of the Inauguration,
    • changes in benefits under the Standard Package or VIP Package.
  6. In the event of resignation due to the situations described in section 5, the Participant is obliged to submit the application within 48 hours from the date of publication of changes regarding the Inauguration. A refund of the amount paid is possible only if the Participant does not actually take part in the Inauguration.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to refuse to refund the fee paid in the event of:
    • submitting the application after the deadline specified in section 1 or section 6,
    • failure to submit the required data or documents referred to in section 2,
    • resignation for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, such as:
    • change of the Participant's decision,
    • problems with transportation, accommodation or third party operations.
  8. Submitting a request for resignation by the Participant does not release him from the obligation to comply with these Regulations and the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Organizer.
  9. The Organizer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or other losses resulting from the Participant's decision to resign from participation.

§ 6 ORGANIZER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

  1. The organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of circumstances beyond his will, such as force majeure, administrative decisions or changes in legal regulations that make it impossible to carry out the event. The Organizer will inform the Participants about such a decision immediately, but no later than January 14, 2025.
  2. "Force majeure" is understood as an external event, independent of the will of the Organizer and the participant, which could not be predicted or prevented while exercising due diligence, and which makes it impossible to perform contractual obligations. Such events include in particular:
    • natural disasters (e.g. floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.),
    • wars, riots, terrorist acts,
    • administrative or legal decisions preventing the organization of the event,
    • epidemics, pandemics or other situations related to public health threats,
    • other random events of a similar nature.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract due to force majeure, the Organizer will refund the fees paid in full or in proportion to the scope of services not provided.

§ 7 RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE INAUGURATION

  1. Participants are obliged to follow the schedule of events planned during the Inauguration, which will take place on January 20-21, 2025, at the place indicated by the Organizer. A detailed schedule of events will be made available to Participants no later than January 7, 2025. The schedule may be subject to minor changes, about which the Organizer will inform Participants in advance.
  2. Participants are obliged to comply with legal and public order at the Inauguration site and when participating in additional activities provided for in the purchased Packages. In particular, this applies to:
    • behavior in accordance with applicable law,
    • respecting the regulations in force at the event venue,
    • respect the property of the Organizer, other Participants and third parties,
    • avoiding actions that may disrupt the course of the Inauguration or violate the safety of other Participants.
  3. The Organizer is not liable for damages suffered by Participants resulting from:
    • failure to comply with the rules applicable at the Inauguration site,
    • violation of the law or regulations applicable at the event venue,
    • Participants' behavior during additional activities provided for in the purchased Packages on January 20-21, 2025.
  4. The Participant is fully liable for any damage caused by his fault at the place and duration of the Inauguration, as well as during additional activities provided for in the purchased Packages. This applies in particular to:
    • damage caused to property belonging to the Organizer, other Participants or third parties,
    • personal or material damage resulting from failure to comply with safety rules, public order or legal provisions,
    • damage resulting from improper use of materials or equipment provided by the Organizer.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate actions against Participants who violate the rules set out in these Regulations or applicable legal provisions, including:
    • calls to immediately stop the violations,
    • excluding the Participant from further participation in the Inauguration without the right to a refund of the Package fee,
    • seeking compensation for any damage caused, if any.
  6. Participants are obliged to comply with the safety rules specified by the Organizer and the instructions of persons responsible for organizing the event (e.g. technical service, security).

§ 8 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND USE OF IMAGE

  1. Personal data administrator
    The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the organization of the Inauguration is Telewizja Republika SA with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Pawia 55, 01-030 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000446368, REGON: 146432210, NIP: 1080014156.
  2. Legal basis for data processing
    Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with:
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR),
      • provisions of Polish law, including the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data and other national regulations adopted to implement the GDPR,
      • these Regulations and other applicable legal provisions.
  3. Purposes of personal data processing
    Participants' personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • fulfilling obligations arising from the organization and service of the Inauguration,
    • promotion of the event and the Organizer's activities, including through the use of video materials and photos with the participation of Participants,
    • broadcasting reports and fragments from the Inauguration on Telewizja Republika ,
    • publishing materials from the event on social media and on the Organizer's website,
    • conducting archiving and documentation activities related to the Organizer's activities.
  4. Use of the image of Participants
  5. During the Inauguration, video recordings and photos may be taken that include the image of the Participants.
  6. The image of the Participants may be recorded, stored, processed and used for the purposes of promoting the event, the Organizer's activities and broadcasting in the mass media, including Telewizja Republika and in social media (e.g. Facebook, YouTube).
  7. Participating in the event is tantamount to consenting to the use of the image in the manner described above, without time or territorial restrictions and without the obligation to pay any remuneration for this purpose.
  8. Sharing personal data with other entities
  9. In order to carry out promotional activities, Participants' personal data, including their image, may be made available to external platforms and administrators, such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other social networking sites.
  10. The administrators of these platforms are independent personal data administrators, and the privacy policies applied by these entities are available on their websites. The organizer recommends that you familiarize yourself with these rules.
  11. Notifications about breaches
    In the event of a breach of personal data protection, the Administrator will take action in accordance with the provisions of law, including immediately informing the relevant supervisory authorities and Participants about this fact if the breach may result in a high risk of violating their rights or freedoms.
  12. Contact regarding personal data
    All questions, comments and requests related to the processing of personal data should be sent to the e-mail address: [email protected] or to the address of the Administrator's office indicated in point 1.

§ 9 COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints regarding the organization of the event should be submitted only in writing to the e-mail address: [email protected] within 30 days of the end of the event. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
  2. The complaint should include:
    • name and surname of the Participant,
    • e-mail address provided during registration,
    • detailed description of the problem or irregularity,
    • indication of the claim (e.g. refund of the amount paid, compensation),
    • a copy of a document confirming participation in the event (e.g. payment confirmation, invoice),
    • other evidence justifying the complaint, if available (e.g. photos, correspondence with the Organizer).
  3. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 30 business days from the date of its receipt, provided that the complaint meets the requirements specified in section 2.
  4. The Participant will be informed about the result of the complaint in writing to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.
  5. If the complaint is deemed justified, the Organizer will take appropriate corrective actions, such as:
    • refund of part or all of the amount paid,
    • offering compensation in another form, e.g. a discount on future events, additional benefits or another solution agreed with the Participant.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to reject complaints in the following cases:
    • submitting a complaint after the deadline specified in section 1,
    • failure to provide the required data and documents specified in section 2,
    • the complaint concerns issues beyond the Organizer's control, such as:
      • problems with transport, accommodation or the actions of third parties, events caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, administrative actions),
      • the Participant's subjective feelings regarding the quality of the event, which do not violate the terms of service specified in the Regulations.
  7. All decisions of the Organizer regarding complaints are final.
  8. Filing a complaint by the Participant does not release him from the obligation to comply with these Regulations and the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Organizer.
  9. The Organizer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or other losses that do not result directly from its actions or negligence.

§ 10 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations if necessary due to changes in legal regulations or other important circumstances. Participants will be informed about any changes electronically at least 7 days in advance.
  2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant acts shall apply.
  3. The Regulations for Inauguration Participants are available on the website trump2025.pl and at the Organizer's office.
  4. The Regulations are valid from December 21, 2024.
